الأهلية والموافقة

يجب أن تكون مؤهلًا قانونيًا لاستخدام الخدمة وفق عمرك وأنظمة بلدك. إذا كنت قاصرًا، فلا تستخدم لمة إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به النظام وبموافقة أو إشراف ولي الأمر عند الحاجة.

لا يجوز استخدام الخدمة من شخص سبق إيقافه بسبب خطر على المستخدمين أو مخالفة جسيمة، إلا إذا سمحنا بذلك صراحة.

حسابك ورمز التحقق

• قدّم معلومات صحيحة، واحمِ جهازك وجلسة حسابك، وأبلغنا عن أي وصول غير مصرح به.
• رمز التحقق شخصي ومؤقت. لا تشاركه معنا أو مع أي شخص، ولن يطلبه فريق لمة منك.
• أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم بحسابك إلى أن تبلغنا عن اختراقه أو تحذفه.

الغرض من الخدمة والموقع

تساعدك لمة على العثور على أماكن وتنظيم لقاءات والتواصل مع أصدقاء تختارهم. بيانات الخرائط والموقع والتقديرات قد تكون متأخرة أو غير دقيقة ولا تعد توجيهًا ملاحيًا أو خدمة طوارئ.

تحقق بنفسك من المكان وساعات العمل والطريق والسلامة. لا تعتمد على لمة في حالات الطوارئ، ولا تستخدم التطبيق أثناء القيادة بطريقة مشتتة أو مخالفة للنظام.

المحتوى الذي تنشئه

تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي تنشئه. تمنح لمة ترخيصًا عالميًا وغير حصري ومجانيًا بالقدر اللازم فقط لاستضافة المحتوى ومعالجته ونقله وعرضه للمستخدمين المصرّح لهم وتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها. ينتهي الترخيص عند حذف المحتوى أو الحساب، مع مراعاة النسخ الاحتياطية المحدودة والالتزامات النظامية.

تتعهد بأنك تملك الحقوق والموافقات اللازمة للمحتوى، وأنه لا ينتهك الخصوصية أو الملكية الفكرية أو الأنظمة أو سلامة أي شخص.

الاستخدام المحظور

• المضايقة والتهديد والكراهية وانتحال الهوية والاحتيال والتتبع غير المرغوب أو نشر بيانات شخص دون إذنه.
• أي استغلال أو إساءة جنسية للأطفال، أو استدراج أو ابتزاز أو اتجار أو مشاركة مواد اعتداء جنسي على الأطفال.
• المحتوى غير القانوني أو العنيف أو الجنسي غير المسموح، والسلع غير القانونية، والرسائل المزعجة أو الخداع.
• اختبار أمان الخدمة دون إذن، أو تجاوز الحدود، أو استخراج البيانات، أو إعاقة الخدمة، أو الوصول إلى حساب أو محتوى غير مصرح به.

البلاغات والحظر والتنفيذ

يمكنك حظر مستخدم أو الإبلاغ عن محتوى أو سلوك من الأدوات المتاحة في التطبيق أو عبر الدعم. قد نفحص البلاغ، ونزيل المحتوى، ونحد الوصول، ونوقف الحساب، ونحفظ أدلة محدودة، ونتعاون مع الجهات المختصة إذا تطلب النظام أو السلامة ذلك.

نحاول اتخاذ إجراء متناسب مع الخطورة والسياق والسجل، وقد لا نكشف تفاصيل إجراء يتعلق بمستخدم آخر حمايةً للخصوصية والتحقيقات. تستطيع طلب مراجعة قرار يخص حسابك عبر الدعم.

الخدمات الخارجية والأماكن المدعومة

تعتمد بعض الميزات على Taqnyat وGoogle Maps Platform وExpo وخدمات Apple أو Google وRailway وCloudflare R2. قد تخضع الأجزاء التي تقدمها تلك الجهات لشروطها وسياساتها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن انقطاعها خارج سيطرتنا.

قد تعرض لمة أماكن مدعومة أو ترتيبًا مدفوعًا، وسنميّز المحتوى المدعوم. ظهور مكان لا يعني ضمان جودته أو سلامته أو توفره.

التغييرات والتوفر

قد نضيف أو نغيّر أو نوقف ميزة، أو نجري صيانة، أو نطبق حدودًا عادلة لحماية الأداء والتكلفة. لا نضمن أن الخدمة ستبقى متاحة دون انقطاع أو خالية من الأخطاء، لكننا نبذل عناية معقولة لتشغيلها بأمان وموثوقية.

إيقاف الحساب وحذفه

يمكنك حذف حسابك من داخل التطبيق أو بدء طلب من صفحة حذف الحساب. قد نقيّد أو نوقف حسابًا يخالف هذه الشروط أو يعرّض المستخدمين أو الخدمة للخطر، وقد نتيح مراجعة القرار بحسب الحالة.

الحذف إنهاء دائم وليس تجميدًا مؤقتًا. قد نحتفظ بقدر محدود مما يلزم لنزاع قائم أو بلاغ سلامة أو مكافحة احتيال أو التزام نظامي، وفق سياسة الخصوصية.

إخلاء المسؤولية وحدودها

تُقدّم الخدمة «كما هي» و«حسب التوفر» إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام. لا نضمن أفعال المستخدمين أو الأماكن أو دقة الخرائط أو نجاح لقاء فعلي. أنت مسؤول عن قراراتك وتفاعلاتك الواقعية واتخاذ احتياطات السلامة.

إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا نتحمل أضرارًا غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية لا يمكن توقعها بصورة معقولة. لا تحد هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها نظامًا أو حقوق مستهلك إلزامية.

النظام الواجب والتواصل

تخضع هذه الشروط للأنظمة السارية في المملكة العربية السعودية دون المساس بحقوق إلزامية يمنحها لك نظام محل إقامتك. تكون المنازعات أمام الجهات المختصة ما لم يوجب النظام مسارًا آخر.

Eligibility and consent

You must be legally eligible to use the service under the rules that apply to your age and country. If you are a minor, use Lammah only as permitted by law and with parent or guardian consent or supervision when required.

A person previously suspended for posing a safety risk or a serious violation may not use the service unless we expressly permit it.

Your account and verification code

• Provide accurate information, protect your device and session, and tell us about unauthorized access.
• A verification code is personal and temporary. Never share it with us or anyone else; Lammah support will not ask for it.
• You are responsible for activity through your account until you report compromise or delete it.

Service purpose and location

Lammah helps you discover places, organize meetups, and communicate with friends you choose. Map, location, and estimate data may be delayed or inaccurate and is not navigation guidance or an emergency service.

Independently verify a venue, opening hours, route, and safety. Do not rely on Lammah in an emergency or use the app while driving in a distracting or unlawful way.

Content you create

You retain your rights in content you create. You give Lammah a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license only as needed to host, process, transmit, and show that content to authorized users and to operate and protect the service. The license ends when content or the account is deleted, subject to limited backups and legal duties.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your content and that it does not violate privacy, intellectual property, law, or anyone’s safety.

Prohibited use

• Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, fraud, unwanted tracking, or publishing another person’s data without permission.
• Any child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or child sexual abuse material.
• Unlawful, disallowed violent or sexual content, illegal goods, spam, or deceptive conduct.
• Unauthorized security testing, bypassing limits, scraping, disrupting the service, or accessing an account or content without authorization.

Reports, blocks, and enforcement

You can block a user or report content or conduct through available in-app tools or support. We may review a report, remove content, restrict access, suspend an account, preserve limited evidence, and cooperate with competent authorities when safety or law requires it.

We aim for action proportionate to severity, context, and history. To protect privacy and investigations, we may not disclose action taken against another user. You may ask support to review a decision affecting your account.

Third-party services and sponsored places

Some features depend on Taqnyat, Google Maps Platform, Expo, Apple or Google services, Railway, and Cloudflare R2. Their components may be subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for outages outside our control.

Lammah may show sponsored venues or paid ranking, which will be identified as sponsored. Listing a venue is not a guarantee of its quality, safety, or availability.

Changes and availability

We may add, change, or stop a feature, perform maintenance, or apply fair limits to protect performance and cost. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, but we use reasonable care to operate it safely and reliably.

Suspension and deletion

You can delete your account in the app or start a request on the account-deletion page. We may restrict or suspend an account that violates these terms or threatens users or the service, with review where appropriate.

Deletion is permanent termination, not temporary freezing. We may retain narrowly limited information needed for an active dispute, safety report, fraud prevention, or legal duty as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee user conduct, venues, map accuracy, or that an in-person meetup will succeed. You are responsible for real-world decisions, interactions, and safety precautions.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. These terms do not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited or mandatory consumer rights.

Governing rules and contact

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia without removing mandatory rights under the law where you live. Disputes are handled by competent authorities unless applicable law requires another process.
