احمِ الخصوصية والموافقة

• لا تنشر رقمًا أو موقعًا أو صورة أو محادثة أو معلومة خاصة لشخص دون إذنه.
• لا تستخدم مشاركة الموقع للتتبع غير المرغوب أو المراقبة أو الإكراه.
• لا تصور أو تسجل لقاءً خاصًا أو ترسل محتواه خارج جمهوره دون موافقة مناسبة.

محتوى ممنوع

• مواد الاعتداء الجنسي على الأطفال أو استغلالهم أو استدراجهم أو ابتزازهم أو الاتجار بهم؛ لا تسامح مطلقًا مع ذلك.
• التهديدات الجدية أو تمجيد العنف أو تعليمات لإيذاء شخص أو تشجيع إيذاء النفس.
• المحتوى الجنسي غير الرضائي أو الحميمي المنشور دون موافقة، والاستغلال الجنسي.
• بيع أو تسهيل سلع وخدمات غير قانونية، أو الاحتيال، أو انتحال الجهات، أو الروابط الضارة.
• الرسائل المزعجة، والتلاعب بالتفاعل، والحسابات الآلية غير المصرح بها، واستخراج البيانات.
• انتهاك حقوق النشر أو العلامات أو الحقوق الأخرى.

سلامة اللمات الواقعية

• قابل الناس في أماكن مناسبة، وأخبر شخصًا تثق به عند مقابلة شخص لأول مرة، وتحكم في مشاركة موقعك.
• لا تقُد بصورة مشتتة، ولا تضغط على شخص للحضور أو مشاركة موقعه أو قبول دعوة.
• تأكد من تفاصيل المكان بنفسك؛ معلومات الأماكن والخرائط قد تتغير أو تكون غير دقيقة.

الإبلاغ والحظر

استخدم الإبلاغ أو الحظر داخل التطبيق عندما يكون متاحًا. يمكنك أيضًا إرسال رابط المحتوى أو اسم المستخدم ووصفًا مختصرًا ووقت الحدث إلى بريد الدعم. لا ترسل رمز تحقق أو تعيد نشر مادة استغلال أطفال ضمن البلاغ.

إذا كان هناك خطر فوري فاتصل بخدمات الطوارئ المحلية أولًا؛ لمة ليست خدمة طوارئ.

كيف نتعامل مع المخالفات

قد تشمل الإجراءات تحذيرًا، أو إزالة المحتوى، أو تقييد ميزة، أو منع التواصل، أو إيقافًا مؤقتًا أو دائمًا، أو حفظ أدلة محدودة، أو إحالة إلى جهة مختصة. نعتمد على خطورة المخالفة وسياقها وتكرارها وخطرها.

قد نتخذ إجراءً عاجلًا قبل اكتمال المراجعة عندما توجد مؤشرات معقولة على خطر وشيك أو استغلال طفل أو اختراق أمني.

إذا اتخذنا قرارًا يخص حسابك وتعتقد أنه خطأ، اكتب إلى dev.abady@gmail.com من وسيلة يمكنك التحقق بها، واشرح القرار المطلوب مراجعته. لا يعني طلب المراجعة تعليق إجراء سلامة عاجل.

Treat people with respect

• Do not harass, threaten, blackmail, stalk, or repeatedly contact someone after a block or request to stop.
• Do not post hate or dehumanizing attacks against a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
• Do not impersonate others or deceive people about your identity or the purpose of a gathering.

Protect privacy and consent

• Do not publish another person’s phone number, location, image, conversation, or private information without permission.
• Do not use location sharing for unwanted tracking, surveillance, or coercion.
• Do not record a private meetup or distribute its content beyond its intended audience without appropriate consent.

Prohibited content

• Child sexual abuse material, exploitation, grooming, sextortion, or trafficking. We apply zero tolerance.
• Credible threats, glorification of violence, instructions to harm a person, or encouragement of self-harm.
• Non-consensual sexual content, intimate material shared without consent, or sexual exploitation.
• Illegal goods or services, fraud, institutional impersonation, malicious links, or scams.
• Spam, engagement manipulation, unauthorized automation, or data scraping.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other rights.

Real-world gathering safety

• Meet in an appropriate place, tell someone you trust when meeting a person for the first time, and control your location sharing.
• Do not drive while distracted or pressure anyone to attend, share location, or accept an invite.
• Verify venue details yourself; place and map information can change or be inaccurate.

Reporting and blocking

Use in-app reporting or blocking where available. You may also email support with the content link or username, a short description, and approximate time. Never send a verification code or redistribute child sexual abuse material in a report.

If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Lammah is not an emergency service.

How we enforce these standards

Action may include a warning, content removal, feature restriction, communication block, temporary or permanent suspension, limited evidence preservation, or referral to a competent authority. We consider severity, context, repetition, and risk.

We may take urgent interim action before review is complete when there is a reasonable indication of imminent harm, child exploitation, or a security compromise.

If a decision affects your account and you believe it is wrong, contact dev.abady@gmail.com from a method we can verify and identify the decision you want reviewed. A review request does not suspend an urgent safety action.
