ما الذي نحظره

• أي مادة بصرية أو صوتية أو نصية أو مولدة حاسوبيًا تصوّر أو تسهّل الاعتداء الجنسي على طفل.
• استدراج طفل لغرض جنسي، أو طلب صور حميمة، أو الابتزاز الجنسي، أو الاتجار، أو ترتيب لقاء للاستغلال.
• إضفاء طابع جنسي على الأطفال، أو مشاركة روابط لمواد الاعتداء، أو محاولة بيعها أو طلبها أو حفظها أو توزيعها.
• تهديد طفل أو كشف بياناته أو موقعه أو تشجيع سلوك يعرضه للأذى.

الإبلاغ من داخل لمة

استخدم خيار الإبلاغ على المستخدم أو الرسالة أو الوسائط أو المحتوى عندما يظهر في التطبيق، واختر سببًا متعلقًا بسلامة الطفل. يمكنك حظر الحساب فورًا لمنع التواصل.

إذا تعذر استخدام التطبيق، تواصل مع نقطة اتصال سلامة الأطفال أدناه. أرسل اسم المستخدم أو رابط المحتوى ووقتًا تقريبيًا ووصفًا مختصرًا فقط.

لا تنزّل المادة أو تعيد إرسالها

لا تحفظ أو تنسخ أو تعيد إرسال مادة مشتبه بها لإثبات البلاغ. يكفي الإبلاغ عن مكانها داخل الخدمة. إذا كانت على جهازك بالفعل، لا توزعها واتبع توجيه الجهة المختصة في بلدك.

استجابتنا

• نعطي البلاغات المتعلقة بسلامة الأطفال أولوية عالية ونقيّد الوصول عند وجود مؤشر معقول على خطر.
• قد نزيل المحتوى، ونوقف الحساب، ونمنع محاولات العودة، ونحفظ الأدلة اللازمة بصورة مقيدة وآمنة.
• نتعاون مع جهات إنفاذ القانون والجهات المختصة، ونبلّغ عن المواد أو السلوك عند ما يوجبه النظام أو يكون ضروريًا لحماية طفل.
• لا نبلغ المستخدم المشتبه به بتفاصيل قد تعرض طفلًا أو محققًا أو دليلًا للخطر.

خطر فوري

إذا كان طفل في خطر فوري، اتصل بخدمات الطوارئ أو جهة حماية الطفل المحلية أولًا. لمة ليست خدمة طوارئ ولا يستطيع بريد الدعم تقديم استجابة ميدانية فورية.

نقطة الاتصال المخصصة لاستقبال بلاغات وإشعارات سلامة الأطفال من المستخدمين والمنصات والجهات المختصة هي dev.abady@gmail.com. ضع عبارة “Child Safety” في عنوان الرسالة. لا ترسل رمز تحقق أو مادة اعتداء ضمن البريد.

تلتزم لمة بالأنظمة السارية لحماية الأطفال، وتراجع هذه المعايير وإجراءات الاستجابة عند تغير الخدمة أو المتطلبات. تكمل هذه الصفحة شروط الاستخدام ومعايير المجتمع ولا تستبدلهما.

What we prohibit

• Any visual, audio, text, or computer-generated material that depicts or facilitates the sexual abuse of a child.
• Grooming a child for sexual purposes, requesting intimate imagery, sextortion, trafficking, or arranging a meeting for exploitation.
• Sexualizing children or linking to, selling, requesting, possessing, or distributing child sexual abuse material.
• Threatening a child, exposing their data or location, or encouraging conduct that puts them at risk.

Report within Lammah

Use the report option on a user, message, media item, or content when shown in the app and choose the child-safety reason. You can immediately block the account to stop communication.

If you cannot use the app, contact the child-safety point of contact below. Send only the username or content link, approximate time, and a short description.

Do not download or redistribute material

Do not save, copy, or forward suspected material to prove a report. Reporting where it appears in the service is enough. If it is already on your device, do not distribute it and follow the instructions of the competent authority in your country.

Our response

• We prioritize child-safety reports and restrict access where there is a reasonable indication of risk.
• We may remove content, suspend an account, prevent return attempts, and preserve necessary evidence under restricted and secure access.
• We cooperate with law enforcement and competent bodies and report material or conduct when law requires it or when needed to protect a child.
• We do not disclose details to a suspected user when doing so could endanger a child, investigator, or evidence.

Immediate danger

If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or your local child-protection authority first. Lammah is not an emergency service, and support email cannot provide an immediate field response.

Child-safety point of contact

The designated point of contact for child-safety reports and notifications from users, platforms, and competent authorities is dev.abady@gmail.com. Put “Child Safety” in the subject. Do not email verification codes or abuse material.

Compliance and review

Lammah complies with applicable child-safety laws and reviews these standards and response procedures as the service or requirements change. This page supplements the Terms and Community Standards and does not replace them.
