الطريقة الأسرع من داخل التطبيق

• افتح لمة وسجّل الدخول إلى الحساب المطلوب.
• انتقل إلى الإعدادات، ثم الحساب أو الملف الشخصي، واختر «حذف الحساب».
• راجع أثر الحذف وأكّد الطلب. تنتهي الجلسات ويبدأ الحذف الدائم للبيانات المرتبطة.

إذا لم تستطع تسجيل الدخول

أرسل رسالة إلى dev.abady@gmail.com بعنوان “Delete my Lammah account”. سنرد بخطوات تحقق آمنة ومتناسبة لإثبات ملكية الحساب قبل الحذف. لا تضع رمز OTP أو كلمة مرور أو صورة هوية في الرسالة الأولى.

ما الذي يُحذف

• الحساب والملف الشخصي ورقم الهاتف والجلسات والأجهزة المسجلة.
• علاقات الصداقة والطلبات والحظر واللمات والدعوات المرتبطة بالحساب.
• الرسائل والتفاعلات والحالات والمشاهدات والصور والملفات والصوت والوسائط التي يملكها الحساب، وفق العلاقات التقنية والنسخ المرتبطة.
• رموز الإشعارات وبيانات الإعدادات المرتبطة بالحساب.

ما قد نحتفظ به بصورة محدودة

قد نحتفظ بقدر محدود إذا كان ضروريًا لبلاغ سلامة مفتوح أو منع احتيال أو مطالبة قانونية أو التزام نظامي. قد تبقى بقايا مشفرة في نسخ احتياطية معزولة لدورة النسخ المحدودة، ولا تُعاد للاستخدام العادي. البيانات المجمعة التي لا تعرّفك قد تبقى.

قبل أن تؤكد

• لا يمكن التراجع عن الحذف بعد اكتماله أو استعادة الرسائل والوسائط المحذوفة.
• حذف التطبيق من الهاتف وحده لا يحذف الحساب.
• إلغاء الإشعارات أو مشاركة الموقع لا يحذف الحساب؛ استخدم مسار الحذف أعلاه.
• لا ترسل أكثر من طلب لنفس الحساب أثناء التحقق، لأن الطلب المكرر لا يسرّع المعالجة.

تشرح سياسة الخصوصية تفاصيل المعالجة والاحتفاظ. إذا كان طلبك متعلقًا بحذف محتوى محدد بدل الحساب كاملًا، وضّح ذلك للدعم.

Fastest method: delete in the app

• Open Lammah and sign in to the account you want to delete.
• Go to Settings, then Account or Profile, and choose “Delete account”.
• Review the impact and confirm. Sessions end and permanent deletion of associated data begins.

If you cannot sign in

Email dev.abady@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Lammah account”. We will reply with safe, proportionate steps to verify account ownership before deletion. Do not include an OTP, password, or identity document in the first message.

Data deleted

• Account, profile, phone number, sessions, and registered devices.
• Friendships, requests, blocks, gatherings, and invites associated with the account.
• Messages, reactions, stories, views, images, files, audio, and media owned by the account, according to their technical relationships and associated copies.
• Push tokens and account settings.

Limited information we may retain

We may retain narrowly limited information needed for an open safety report, fraud prevention, legal claim, or regulatory duty. Encrypted residuals may remain in isolated backups for a limited backup cycle and are not restored for ordinary use. Aggregated data that no longer identifies you may remain.

Before you confirm

• Completed deletion cannot be reversed, and deleted messages or media cannot be restored.
• Uninstalling the app does not delete the account.
• Turning off notifications or location sharing does not delete the account; use the deletion path above.
• Do not send duplicate requests for the same account during verification; duplicates do not speed processing.

The Privacy Policy explains processing and retention. If you want to delete specific content rather than the entire account, say so clearly when contacting support.
